Catherine Coursol practices litigation at Devimco Immobilier inc In 2016, she founded Les Jeunes Alliés de Moisson Montréal, a committee of young professionals whose goal is to raise funds for Moisson Montréal by organizing fundraising and networking activities.

Nortera’s mission is to contribute to society’s well-being by providing access to the richness of vegetables, a mission that aligns with Moisson Montréal’s goal of fighting food insecurity. As an executive at Nortera and a board member at Moisson Montréal, I am proud to take part in this important cause and to contribute to sustainable food security in Canada.
Hugues Mousseau, Director
Hugues Mousseau has been involved with Moisson Montréal since 2004 and has served on the organization’s Board of Directors since 2020. He is motivated by Moisson Montréal’s ability to innovate and creatively address the challenges associated with food insecurity.
For him, the mission is about raising awareness and mobilizing the public and partners around food insecurity, while also taking concrete action to improve the lives of thousands of people. He is also inspired by the organization’s rigor, which maximizes its impact among community organizations while maintaining remarkably low administrative costs.
Professionally, Hugues Mousseau has spent nearly 25 years working in the fields of corporate strategy, public affairs, and communications. In addition to his role as a consultant, he serves as Executive Director of both the Québec Association of Pharmacy Distributors and the Association of Pharmacy Banners and Chains of Québec. He previously worked in the food retail sector—roles that allowed him to contribute directly to the rollout of supermarket food recovery programs—as well as in the media sector, where he became involved with the Grande Guignolée des médias.
Academically, he holds a diploma from the University of Oxford in strategy and innovation, in addition to a Master of Public Administration from the London School of Economics. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in political science, a certificate in public law, and an MBA.
In parallel, Hugues Mousseau serves as Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of Groupe AFFI, a leading adapted enterprise in Québec, and sits on several other boards of industrial associations and small and medium-sized enterprises. His commitment is rooted in a deep conviction: equal opportunity is a fundamental pillar of dignity and collective well-being.
Brunilda Reyes, Director

Committed for over twenty years alongside Moisson Montréal, Brunilda Reyes is the founder and Executive Director of Les Fourchettes de l’espoir, a community organization based in Montréal-Nord that works to combat poverty and food insecurity. This long-standing collaboration with Moisson Montréal provides vital support to her organization’s mission, allowing it to assist hundreds of families in need every day.
As a member of Moisson Montréal’s Board of Directors, Brunilda leverages her on-the-ground expertise and deep understanding of the realities faced by community organizations. She ensures that the voices of frontline actors are heard within the board and helps guide Moisson Montréal’s initiatives toward sustainable and inclusive solutions.
Driven by unwavering determination and a profound sense of social commitment, she embodies the strength of Montréal’s community network and the belief that solidarity remains the key to building a more equitable and compassionate society.

As a family-owned business serving people of Golden Agers since 1988, we are aware of the benefits of good nutrition for people of all ages. Eating three meals a day is essential to good physical and psychological health in the long run. That is why we must work together to fight against food insecurity and help people who do not always have the opportunity to eat properly.

Alima, Perinatal Social Nutrition Centre
Alima, Perinatal Social Nutrition Centre, is among the first organizations to join the wonderful ecosystem of Moisson Montréal. Well established in Montréal since 1879, Alima plays a key role in food security. This role would not be as significant without the support of Moisson Montréal. It is truly a privilege for me to serve on the board of directors, particularly to share the perspectives and experiences of our members.
Sylvie Cloutier, Director
Sylvie Cloutier has been President and CEO of the Conseil de la transformation alimentaire du Québec since 2010. Over the past 20 years, she has actively participated in the development of several governmental and regulatory decisions that affect the Quebec food sector. Recognized for her dynamism and leadership, she now represents, promotes and defends the interests of Quebec’s food processing industry to help companies reach their full potential. Sylvie is a founding member of Food and Beverage Canada, and sits on several boards in the bio-food industry including Aliments du Québec, Éco Entreprises Québec, Farm Credit Canada and the Canadian Centre for Food Integrity. She is also involved with the fundraising committee of La Tablée des Chefs, which is dedicated to helping people in need and developing culinary education for young people. She is very happy to join the Board of Directors of Moisson Montréal.
Julie Bélisle, Director
Driven by a deep desire to contribute to sustainable food security, Julie Bélisle joined the Board of Directors of Moisson Montréal in May 2025.
She aims to collaborate with other committed leaders to develop innovative strategies that improve food distribution and support individuals facing precarious living conditions. With extensive experience in management and human resources within large organizations, she leverages her expertise to optimize HR practices at Moisson Montréal and enhance organizational efficiency.
Specialized in human resources, organizational development, and strategic operations, Ms. Bélisle has held various executive positions in the pharmaceutical, engineering, and consulting sectors. She has a strong background in talent management, organizational transformation, and the development of a culture that fosters innovation and collaboration.
Passionate about people, creative, and highly strategic, she brings her resourcefulness and critical thinking skills to serve the organization.
Deeply engaged in her community, Ms. Bélisle regularly takes part in philanthropic initiatives and numerous volunteer activities. These experiences strengthen her belief that solidarity and collective action are essential to building a more equitable society.
Joe Nakhle, Director
Joe Nakhle has served on the Board of Directors of Moisson Montréal since May 2025. He chose to commit to the organization in order to contribute concretely to a cause that is essential to social cohesion: food security. What motivated him to join the Board was the opportunity to collaborate with dedicated individuals and to put his experience at the service of an organization that plays a key role within Montreal communities. He aims to support the development of strong, sustainable strategies that will amplify Moisson Montréal’s impact. A seasoned executive in the investment management sector, Joe Nakhle is a graduate of INSEAD. He brings recognized expertise in strategy, governance, risk management, and financial analysis, which he now applies in support of Moisson Montréal’s mission.
Tracy Chehab, Director
Tracy Chehab joined Moisson Montréal’s Board of Directors in May 2025, driven by a deep admiration for the organization’s innovative approach, which combines food waste reduction with community support. Convinced of the importance of sustainable solutions to ensure an optimal food supply for community organizations, she is committed to contributing her expertise to Moisson Montréal’s mission and supporting its leadership in achieving its objectives. A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and auditor, Tracy brings more than twenty years of experience in professional services firms, where she has developed extensive expertise in financial risk management and compliance. Her career has also led her to serve on the boards of several non-profit organizations and to deliver governance training through the Junior Chamber of Commerce of Montreal. Alongside her role at Moisson Montréal, she actively contributes to various organizations, including CPA Canada, the McGill University Health Centre Montreal Chest Institute Foundation, the Professional Inspection Committee of the Ordre des CPA du Québec, and the College of Corporate Directors. Rigor, integrity, and a strong sense of duty guide her commitment, both in her professional practice and in her community involvement, always with the goal of strengthening transparency, accountability, and sustainability within the organizations she supports.
