Thanks to their multiplier effect, a donation of $2 is worth $36 of food and basic products that last a child a full week. Last year, 13.2 million kilos of foodstuffs and products were collected by over 7,828 volunteers in 235 agri-food businesses. In order to increase the quantity, quality, and diversity of their shipments, Moisson Montr\u00e9al reached out to Interfacing Technologies for business process analysis solutions to reduce time and cost, with the end goal of maximizing the value brought to the community.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cNon-profits face the same challenges as other organizations but with the added obstacles of limited budgets and managing volunteers. Moisson Montr\u00e9al\u2019s operations are extremely complex because of the sheer amount of food they collect, store, sort, and distribute on a daily basis.
