Planned Donation
Moisson Montreal is proud to be associated with the Leave A Legacy program - Quebec.
This program, bringing together more than 160 charities, has the goal of raising awareness in Quebecers that making a significant donation to one or more charitable organizations is as easy as consulting a financial or estate planner. This program, begun in 1993, now exists in more than 100 American cities. More than twenty Canadian communities have adopted the program as well. There are different types of planned donations that may be made, such as a testamentary donation, a donation of life insurance, a charitable annuity, a charity trust or the donation of securities. Your notary, accountant, tax expert or financial advisor can give you more information so that you may better choose the method appropriate to your situation. www.unheritage.org
In memoriam of a deceased person
When we are mourning the loss of a loved one, we try in many ways to preserve his or her memory and to give meaning to his or her passing. You can fill in the In memoriam form (PDF document) and send it by mail or fax.
To honour a person
You can highlight special occasions, such as weddings, births or others, by making a donation to Moisson Montréal in honour of a friend, a family member or a colleague.
Lotomatique
In November 1977, the Quebec government, through Loto-Quebec, entrusted non-profit organizations (NPO) with the exclusive right to sell lottery subscriptions through the Lotomatique service. Lotomatique is a service which allows individual or group subscriptions to different lotteries of the Society, while also contributing financially to NPOs without any additional costs.
